Each September, the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival takes over the stunningly beautiful Telluride Town Park for a celebration of music, craft beer and mountains. Artists, brewers and fine folks from around the world converge to create their own set of spine-tingling, profound moments. Fond memories are created to reflect upon for a lifetime. Nestled in the box canyon surrounded by color changing leaves, the final day of the 24th Annual Telluride Blues & Brews Festival closed out with with a bang. Special collaborations on the Main Stage, tight rhythm sections and memorable displays of raw blues from the Blues Stage and Campground Stage, and a closer set with Steve Winwood topped off the weekend, who performed a myriad of classic records that reside in every serious listener’s collection. Telluride Blues & Brews Festival - Day 2 Highlight Recap Video

Day two of the 24th Telluride Blues & Brews Festival showcased an array of lead guitarists with signature styles in blues and blues-adjacent music, but for the many that arrived when the gates opened, it was the sound of bagpipes that greeted them. The annual tradition signified the start of the Grand Tasting, a three hour offering of over 170 world class craft beers from 56 hand selected breweries from across the country. Start your mornings off proper with blues music, a hearty breakfast and drinks at Blues for Breakfast! Kicking off at 9:00 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday of the Festival weekend, Blues for Breakfast offers a pleasant warm-up to a dynamic day and late night full of music. Join us at the Telluride's intimate Elks Lodge (located at 472 West Pacific Avenue), for a bite to eat as the first official chords of the day are struck.

We’re Giving Away A Vacation, A Guitar & Telluride Jazz Festival Tickets

The Telluride Blues & Brews Festival is raffling off a signed guitar by Joe Bonamassa, valued at $1,500, a 7-day Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise for two and two tickets to the 2018 Telluride Jazz Festival, to benefit local Telluride non-profits. We are raising funds for the One to One Mentoring Program, who empowers youth in San Miguel County to achieve their social, emotional and academic potential through professionally supported mentor relationships, and the Telluride Aids Benefit, a non-profit organization whose mission is to fight HIV/AIDS by heightening global and local awareness, as well as generating financial support for educational programs and patient care/prevention.
