Day two of the 24th Telluride Blues & Brews Festival showcased an array of lead guitarists with signature styles in blues and blues-adjacent music, but for the many that arrived when the gates opened, it was the sound of bagpipes that greeted them. The annual tradition signified the start of the Grand Tasting, a three hour offering of over 170 world class craft beers from 56 hand selected breweries from across the country. As September 15-17 inches just a bit closer, the 24th Annual Telluride Blues & Brews Festival reveals its 2017 artist lineup. The festival returns with a dynamic, well-rounded mix of live blues, funk, indie, rock, jam band, gospel and soul performances with Bonnie Raitt, Steve Winwood, TajMo: The Taj Mahal & Keb’ Mo’ Band, Anders Osborne, Benjamin Booker, The Blind Boys of Alabama, The Magpie Salute, Delbert McClinton and Self Made Men and many more.
