Road to Blues & Brews Results

On Saturday, August 1st, the Park House in Denver was host the Road to Blues & Brews where six bands competed for the chance to play at this year's Telluride Blues & Brews Festival. The winner of the 2015 'Road to Blues & Brews' is Michael Hornbuckle Band! The runner up is Union Driftwood!

It's never too late to start a recording career. Just ask 83-year-old Leo "Bud" Welch. His first record came out in 2013, decades after he first picked up a guitar in 1945. Durango Blues Train

Brought to you by the producers of Blues & Brews, the Durango Blues Train returns on August 21st and 22nd for two evenings of music aboard the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad in Durango, Colorado. This unique music experience features two full bands and four solo and duo acts. Musicians perform in their own vintage coach, while passengers travel from one coach to the next sampling each musical act.

Sharp Dressed Fan Contest

It’s time to celebrate one of this year’s headliners, ZZ Top! On Friday, Sept. 18th we are hosting the Sharp Dressed Fan Costume Contest. The contest will be all about dressing like your favorite “little ol' band from Texas”, ZZ Top.
