Kiran Deol is a dynamic, fearless actor and comedian whose performances crackle with intelligence and emotional precision.
Kiran stars in Sundance 2025’s Didn’t Die, praised by Paste Magazine as “a star-making turn” and The Daily Beast as “a charming lead performance.” Her work spans television and film — including Sunnyside (NBC/Hulu), Destroy All Neighbors (Shudder), How to Get Away with Murder, Modern Family, and Freakier Friday — where she brings her sharp wit and grounded authenticity to every role.
An Emmy-nominated and Oscar-shortlisted filmmaker, Kiran wrote, directed, and starred in I Would Never (TIFF, Hollyshorts), and her debut documentary Woman Rebel won an IDA Award and premiered on HBO.
As a stand-up, she’s performed everywhere from the Kennedy Center to the New York Comedy Festival, and her debut special Joysuck is now streaming on Amazon Prime.
A Harvard English graduate, she’s developed shows with Netflix and FX and wrote on the upcoming animated series Among Us (2026).
Smart, funny, and grounded, Kiran brings a storyteller’s instinct to comedic and dramatic roles alike.
