Namasté! Relax, breath deep and unwind at the free Blues & Brews Yoga Sessions

Wake up to mornings of liberating movement in the crisp, refreshing mountain air. Guided by professional instructor Lauren Miller, enjoy a smooth yoga flow designed to improve your health, performance, and overall well being. The class blends playful exercises focusing on balance, strength, flexibility and power in a welcoming format. Guests of all skill levels are welcome to join us on Saturday and Sunday mornings during the Festival weekend to enjoy a fluid yoga flow and activating breath practice. Nestled in the cozy amphitheater of Elks Park in downtown Telluride, the yoga sessions are a fun and inspiring way to start your mornings.

Location: Telluride Elks Park - Colorado Ave and S Oak St (inclement weather location - Blues Stage (Town Park Pavilion)

Time: 10:00 - 11:00 am on September 15 & 16 (Saturday and Sunday of the Festival)

What To Bring: Water, yoga mat, towel and active wear (come with or without - these items are not mandatory to join in the class)

Telluride Blues & Brews Festival | 2018 Yoga Sessions

I fell in love with health and fitness during my yoga certification training. It is there that I discovered the importance of nurturing the mind, body and soul. Group fitness classes have allowed me to check all three of those boxes. I believe that every workout (especially spin!) should be supplemented with yoga. My classes are designed so that everyBODY can feel welcome and challenged. I am a recent resident of Telluride and look forward to meeting you.
