Wake up to liberating, restorative body movement in the crisp, refreshing alpine air. Guests of all skill levels are welcome to join a fluid yoga flow and breath practice on Saturday and Sunday mornings of the Festival. Nestled in the cozy amphitheater of Elks Park in downtown Telluride, these yoga sessions are a fun and inspiring way to start your festival mornings.

New to yoga or considering it for the first time? Guests of all skill levels are welcome to join. The transformative practice can bring balance and clarity into your life. Discover how the healing power of yoga can benefit you!

Guided by professional instructor Annika Kristiansen, the smooth yoga flow is designed to improve your health, performance, and overall well being. The class blends playful exercises of balance and strength with flexibility and power in a welcoming format. Kristiansen’s practice and teachings of being and seeing that she enthusiastically shares with her students extend beyond the mat.

ANNIKA KRISTIANSEN

Telluride local and Mangala Instructor, Annika Kristiansen can be found in the woods, or up high in the San Juan's exploring. She skis, she bikes, she runs, and... she brings all of this energy into her teachings to offer powerful classes to her community.

Annika's infuses her classes with a deep understanding of anatomy along with meditations and philosophical sprinklings to feed the soul.

Join her for a vibration-raising, not-too-serious, carefully-sequenced practice.
