Meet the Instructor - Dave Ziegler

Dave has been an avid yogi and teacher for years, in fact, you may have practiced with him at one of his donation-based classes at the Wilkinson Public Library. He earned his teaching certificate at Mangala Yoga and has since worked to incorporate his love for the mountains and mountain-biking into a yummy, yin-influenced, slow flow practice. His attention to anatomy and micro-adjustments that deepen the poses is impeccable and incredibly therapeutic. Join Dave for a class that will leave you blissed out and stretched from head-to-toe.
