Volunteer Requirements
To participate, volunteers must:
Be 18 years or older
Pay a $25 non-refundable application fee
Complete two 6–7 hour volunteer shifts OR one 9-hour pre/post festival shift
Provide a credit card guarantee (no-shows will be charged the full 3-Day Festival Pass value of $329.90)

What to Know Before You Apply
Mountain Weather: Telluride weather can change quickly. Be prepared with layers, rain gear, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle.
Pass Pickup: Volunteers can pick up their festival pass at the box office upon arrival.
Camping & Juke Joint Passes: Camping and Juke Joint passes are not included and must be purchased separately.
Important Dates
Volunteer applications are accepted on a rolling basis and positions are filled first-come, first-served — apply early to secure your spot.
Cancellation Deadline: August 15, 2026
(Cancellations after this date are subject to a $75 fee.)
