A deposit is required. This deposit is equal to the full cost of a 3-Day festival pass, which you will receive as an accepted volunteer. This deposit allows us to charge you for that 3-Day pass if you fail to satisfactorily complete your scheduled shifts (refer to the 'I Agree' section on the volunteer application for the complete listing of circumstances that would require us to retain your deposit). We accept personal checks or debit/credit cards for deposits. Please note that we do not deposit your check or charge your debit or credit card unless you are assigned as a volunteer and you fail to satisfactorily complete your scheduled shifts. The application process alone does not validate or jeopardize your deposit.
We accept volunteer applications until all positions are filled. Please note that we fill volunteer positions on a first-come, first-serve basis, so the earlier you submit your application the better your chances of obtaining the position you prefer.
