A brewery steeped in the Grand Valley, surrounded by vineyards and farms, Palisade Brewing Company keeps to its small town roots close to heart. We make use of the variety of the valley's many offerings and keep as many products as local as possible. We're always looking for the next fun brew but still like to stick to traditional styles for the 'everyman' drinker. From the breath taking views of Mount Garfield to the wonderful sunsets every evening, Palisade Brewing Co is one of the small gems of the Western Slope.

Opening under new ownership in the facilities and location of the former Palisade Brewery, the Palisade Brewing Company began brewing in 2010. Nestled in the middle of western Colorado’s wine country, we brew innovative American style beer with respect to the traditional roots of craft brewing. While we always strive to be original and innovative with our beer, we would never turn our backs on the European fundamentals that define craft brewing. We are constantly pushing to keep up with the evolving palette of the craft beer community in Colorado, and keep our rather colorful locals happy all at the same time.
