Festival Wristbands Will Not Be Mailed in 2026

To improve operational efficiency and reduce delivery issues, all festival admission wristbands will be distributed on-site during festival week rather than mailed in advance.

FAQs

    • After completing your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.Your digital tickets will be emailed approximately one week before the festival. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see them.

    • Festival, Camping, RV, Vehicle Camping, Glamping, and Late Night Show tickets must be exchanged for wristbands.

    • Bring either a printed copy of your ticket or the ticket PDF on your mobile device to the Festival Box Office (or the Late Night Show venue entrance for Late Night Show wristbands) to redeem your wristband.

    • If you cannot locate your ticket, visit the Festival Box Office with a valid photo ID, and our staff will assist you.

    • Guests attending the Music Maker Fundraiser Dinners, Super VIP, or Glamping will receive separate emails with additional check-in instructions.

    • Each ticket holder must be present when exchanging tickets for wristbands at the Festival Box Office. An individual will not be able to receive wristbands for other ticket holders not present. Please bring a Valid Photo I.D.

  • All ticket sales are final.

    • Tickets are non-refundable‍.

    • Tickets are non-exchangeable, unless If a ticket sells out, it will become available to be exchanged here.

    • Wristbands are non-transferable and cannot be resold or shared.

    • Lost, stolen, damaged, or discarded wristbands will not be replaced.

    • Please keep your order confirmation and wristband secure at all times

  • The Festival Box Office is located at 300 E Pacific Street. The Festival Box Office is open during the week of the Festival, and the hours of operation are:

    • Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

      Friday & Saturday 9:00 AM - 8:15 PM

      Sunday 10:00 AM - 7:15 PM

  • The festival can sell out so we recommend buying your tickets in advance.

    Please be aware that Campground Vehicle, Campground RV, and Glamping passes sell out within the first day of sale. We do not reserve tickets in advance. The suggested way to purchase festival tickets is online through our website here.

  • Children 11 and under are free. However, children must be accompanied by an adult.

Wristband Info

  • All wristbands need to be picked up at the box office.

  • All sales final: no refunds, no exchanges.

  • Only wristbands purchased via Front Gate Tickets are valid.

  • Wristbands must stay on all weekend—non-transferable, non-exchangeable.

  • Do not remove, stretch, or tamper with your wristband. Damaged or counterfeit wristbands are void.

  • If security removes your wristband, it will not be replaced.

  • All attendees pass through security and bag check; prohibited items will be confiscated.

  • Festival runs rain or shine.

  • Wristband replacement fees apply.
