Below are the most important tips to help you get tickets quickly and smoothly.

Go straight to Front Gate Tickets

Always purchase directly from our official Front Gate Tickets Page. Each buyer must have a user profile—click Sign In in the top menu to create one with your name and email, or connect via Facebook.

Be ready before on-sale time

Refresh the page right as tickets go on sale to see availability. Review ticket options ahead of time so you know exactly what you want.

Move fast

Once tickets are in your cart, you’ll have 10 minutes to complete your order.

Don’t panic

Tickets aren’t sold out until marked “Sold Out.” If unavailable, refresh—tickets often return to inventory when others release them from carts.

Know the limits

  • Super VIP & VIP: 6 per order

  • GA 3-Day Passes: 10 per order

  • Single-Day Passes: 6 per order

  • RV & Campground Vehicle: 1 per order

Exceeding limits may result in cancellations without notice.

Avoid scalpers

Only tickets from the official Front Gate page are valid. Third-party purchases risk counterfeit or invalid tickets.

RFID Wristbands

To make your festival experience seamless, all major passes come with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) wristbands. These soft cloth wristbands:

  • Skip box office lines

  • Allow easy re-entry each day

  • Provide added comfort all weekend

How it works:

  • Wristbands are shipped in advance with instructions.

  • Register and activate your wristband online before the festival. Activation ensures smooth entry and lets you add emergency contact info.

  • Wristbands tighten permanently—put them on only when you arrive and keep them on all weekend.

What’s RFID:

  • 3-Day Passes (Super VIP, VIP, GA)

  • All single-day passes (Fri, Sat, Sun)

What’s not RFID (pick up at box office):

  • All Camping Passes

  • All Late Night Tickets (Bal De Maison, Juke Joints, Fais Do Do)

Wristband Policy

  • Wristbands mailed in advance (except Camping & Late Night passes—print option only).

  • All sales final: no refunds, no exchanges.

  • Only wristbands purchased via Front Gate Tickets are valid.

  • Wristbands must stay on all weekend—non-transferable, non-exchangeable.

  • Wristbands must be scanned upon exit to re-enter the same day.

  • Do not remove, stretch, or tamper with your wristband. Damaged or counterfeit wristbands are void.

  • If security removes your wristband, it will not be replaced.

  • All attendees pass through security and bag check; prohibited items will be confiscated.

  • Festival runs rain or shine.

  • Wristband replacement fees apply.


Wristband FAQs

Lost or Stolen Wristband . . .

If your wristband has been lost or stolen, please click here to contact our ticket provider, Front Gate Tickets, or call 888-512-7469 in advance of the festival.

How Do I Activate My Wristband? . . .

Instructions on setup will be included when you receive your wristband. We strongly encourage you to activate your wristband as it ensures that your wristband remains yours all weekend long.

Can I Mess With My Wristband? . . .

Do not remove your wristband between days. If wristbands are removed or tampered with whatsoever, they are void and will be confiscated. If wristbands are too loose and look like they can be slipped on and off, they will be confiscated.

Removing Your Wristband . . .

Once the festival concludes and you’re ready to remove your wristband, safely cut at the end where the cloth strap is sewn onto the clasp, so it will pull through easily without damaging the strap, the clasp, or your fingers! Remember to keep your wristband on during the event days. Do not remove your wristband until you plan to leave the festival for the final time. For questions on how to care for or appropriately wear/remove your wristband, please visit the Box Office near the Main Entrance to the Festival.

General Ticketing Info & FAQs

When do tickets go on sale? . . .

Tickets for the 2026 festival go on sale in November 2025.

Do festival tickets sell out? . . .

Yes, the festival does sell out, and we recommend buying your tickets in advance! Please be aware that VIP 3-Day, Campground Vehicle, Campground RV, and Glamping passes sell out within the first day of sale. We do not reserve tickets in advance. The suggested way to purchase festival tickets is online through our website here.

Can I exchange or return my ticket? . . .

All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Please keep them in a safe place!

Are kids free? . . .

Children 11 and under are free. However, children must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I find my tickets after purchasing? . . .

Order confirmations are emailed after a purchase is made. Festival entry and camping tickets use RFID wristbands and are sent out through the USPS mail in advance of the festival. Late night shows, RV, Vehicle Camping and Glamping Passes do not use RFID technology, do not need to be registered and will be available for pick up at the Festival Box Office. Please bring your printout ticket or your mobile device with ticket pdf to the Festival Box Office or late night show venue entrance to redeem your wristband. If you do not have a printout ticket or PDF file, wristbands must be redeemed at the Festival Box Office. Basecamp Gear Rentals, Music Maker fundraiser Dinners, super vip attendees and Glampers will receive a separate email detailing these passes. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you do not receive the confirmation in your inbox. What do I do with my ticket when I get to the festival? . . .

Each ticket holder must be present when exchanging tickets for wristbands at the Festival Box Office. An individual will not be able to receive wristbands for other ticket holders not present. Please bring a Valid Photo I.D.

What are the box office hours of operation? . . .

The Festival Box Office is located at 300 E Pacific Street. The Festival Box Office is open during the week of the Festival, and the hours of operation are:

Thursday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Friday - Saturday: 10:30 am - 8:15 pm

Sunday: 9:30 am - 7:15 pm
